Our walks are pre-bookable and are organised.  If you arrive without a booking, we can't guarantee that you will be able to join in.

All social distancing protocols will be in place for the time being.  As soon as these relax, we will be able to be more relaxed.

Refreshments

We offer hot drinks and snacks from our food shack in the car park.  These can be pre-booked and purchased on the day.
We totally understand that you will want to bring food for your little ones and that's ok, just be mindful that until socialising restrictions are lifted, we are mindful of the accepted activities at this time.

What to bring

Bring a picnic blanket and water. Bring a changing mat, potty or other toilet aid, as necessary.  We have a toilet for emergency use.
We will have hand sanitiser, but you are welcome to bring your own.  We don't wear masks during the walks outdoors, but you are welcome to wear one.
We wear them when interacting with participants to retain the integrity of any resources or handling items used.

Government regulations

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/national-lockdown-stay-at-home

From 8 March, some of the rules on what you can and cannot do will be changing:

  • you will be allowed to spend time in outdoor public spaces for recreation on your own, with one other person, or with your household or support bubble. This means you can sit down for a drink or picnic. You must continue to maintain social distance from those outside your household. This is in addition to outdoor exercise, which is already permitted.

The Heart of England Conference Centre has a public right of way through the  centre of the business facility.  This includes a large section of a public footpath.  Thus, these walks will comply with the regulations regarding public spaces for recreation.
